A 2012 graduate of Arkansas State University, he holds a degree in Corporate Finance and Banking. Zach’s dedication to Ag for Autism is rooted in personal experience—his 12-year-old son, Jaxon, was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the age of four. Eight years into their journey, Zach and his wife have learned, adapted, and grown alongside their son. Their mission is to share those lessons with others, helping families enjoy the beauty of childhood despite the challenges autism may bring. To Zach, Ag for Autism is more than a cause—it’s a calling, and he considers it a true honor to serve on the board. With a strong background in finance and nonprofit board service, Zach brings valuable insight to the organization’s fiscal planning, sustainability, and strategic growth. His leadership helps guide the board toward clear, purpose-driven goals while staying grounded in Ag for Autism’s core mission. Zach and his wife are the proud parents of three children—Jaxon, Kaisyn, and Kashton. In 2023, their family grew through the adoption of Kaisyn and Kashton, a beautiful chapter that reminded them of God’s faithfulness in the face of hardship. Outside of work and board service, Zach enjoys time with his family and lives by the quote: “We may not have it all together, but together we have it all.”
